The existing independent living club house was overdue for interior updates and has been slated as the new expansion of Independent Living Villas has opened. Converting the old Health Center wing has allowed us to add more amenities to support the new residents and the existing footprint would not support the new population. New amenity spaces include a larger library, expanded fitness studio, relocation of the art studio, new salon & wellness venue, and much more!
