This new stand-alone 25-unit Memory Care building is part of Waterman Village, a Life Planned Community Expansion project nestled in the middle of Lake County.
A modern twist on Florida craftsman leads to an architectural envelope with the interior design to fit out each destination zone in its own palette. Designed around the special needs of residents with Alzheimers and dementia, the space features a sensory room, and various life-skill and engagement stations to help stimulate resident activity and involvement, especially for those who like to walk inside.
